You've got a nasty problem on your hands
I've got to admit that it's looking bad
But I've spoken to a doctor
And I know the cure
Let me help you now before it spreads

They say a stitch in time will save your more
An ounce of prevention is worth the cure
But things are getting ugly
It's plain to see
It's time to remove  it - that's for sure

You know when these things really start to bug ya
All you really need is a little Compound Dubya
It'll take that sucker off at the head
And burn it down until it's dead
And things will be so beautiful once more

Appearances are everything these days
When people look at you now they turn away
Although it's just a fungus
It's spreading fast
Some people even think that it's reached your brain

It's absolutely normal to be afraid
But we gotta do it now or you'll go insane
Think about the future
Think about your kids
Think about the difference you can make

You know when these things really start to bug ya
All you really need is a little Compound Dubya
